Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is hiring a part-time Cook / Chef in Ballina, Mayo. This role covers 18.5 hours per week across Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, with shift timings specified, and a pay rate of €16.59 per hour plus a shift premium.

You will contribute to high-quality service in a corporate dining setting. You will bring professional cookery qualifications, strong organisation, and commitment to food safety, while helping maintain excellent standards in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications (Level 6 or equivalent).

• Cook up mouth watering menu items, with a passion for perfection
• Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained
• Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
• Bring your ideas to the table and cook up new techniques
