Ballina, Mayo – Sodexo is hiring a Cook / Chef for a part-time role working 18.5 hours per week, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Shift times: Sun 7:30am–2:30pm; Mon/Tue 4:30pm–11pm. €16.59 per hour plus shift premium. Free parking, free meals, and access to our employee benefits package.

You'll create menu items, maintain high food hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture while delivering exceptional service to our clients and employees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high volume setting.
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
