Job summary

BNY's 2027 Analyst Program in the Office of the COO offers a structured, two-year rotational experience designed for new graduates to build core business operations skills in a global financial services setting.

Analysts participate in onboarding, engage in enterprise-wide projects, and receive mentorship while developing process, governance, and reporting capabilities to support execution and strategic priorities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business or technology.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office (COO)
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities
• Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials
