Job summary

MediaMint is seeking an experienced Conversions API / Analytics Implementation Specialist to lead and support clients in implementing server-side tracking solutions. This role requires close collaboration with clients and developers to ensure accurate event tracking, troubleshoot implementation issues, and optimize lower-funnel campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in handling tag implementation and troubleshooting analytics/conversion pixel setups.
• Experience with tag and feed management systems.
• eComm/lower-funnel campaign management and/or strategy.
• HTML/SQL experience (even at working level).
• Proactively respond to ambiguous problems and drive to solution.
• Expertise in the digital campaign space.
• Very strong interpersonal communication and client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.
• High levels of attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize assignments.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and adapt to changing client demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory conversations with clients to help them understand what / why to implement the Conversions API
• Understand and advise the client on what events/parameters need to be provided to hit the Conversions API resilience score
• Troubleshoot / assist developers in deploying server to server web requests
• JSON request audits in Postman - Monitoring on the Client side to see what requests are ingested and give feedback if failed
• Provide feedback on what edits need to be made to match specs
