Our client is an established specialist contractor providing high-performance passive fire protection solutions to the Irish construction sector.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of passive fire protection projects across Dublin and Leinster.
This is a senior position requiring a commercially aware and technically capable construction professional who can manage projects from initial client engagement and tendering through to delivery, quality assurance and completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, site management teams, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality and compliance standards.
The role will primarily cover Dublin and Leinster, with occasional travel to projects outside Leinster.
This position would suit an experienced Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager who is comfortable taking end-to-end responsibility for multiple projects.
You should be equally comfortable managing clients and commercial matters as you are visiting sites, managing teams, reviewing installations and ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required quality standards.
Direct passive fire protection experience would be a strong advantage. However, experienced construction professionals coming from a specialist subcontracting or main contracting background with strong project and people management skills may also be considered.
This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor operating in an increasingly important area of the construction industry. The successful candidate will have significant responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, commercial performance and the management and development of site teams.
