We are working with a well-established and growing specialist contractor in the fire protection sector, delivering high-quality passive fire solutions across a wide range of projects.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time, and within budget.

The Role
As Contract Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring a “right first time” approach across all sites.
You will work closely with internal teams, site staff, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager with enquiries, ensuring timely and commercially sound responses
- Ensure all contracts are properly mobilised with a clear scope, programme, and budget
- Drive a “right first time” culture across all projects
- Manage multiple live sites, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Capture and manage variations and progress reporting accurately
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards through site inspections and toolbox talks
- Oversee quality assurance, including QA checks and sign-off via systems such as OneTrace
- Resolve site issues, QA failures, and client concerns efficiently
- Ensure projects are properly resourced with skilled operatives and reliable suppliers
- Maintain complete and audit-ready site documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits

- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, QA processes, and compliance standards
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation
