Are you a Contracts Manager from a Construction, MEP, Fire Protection or Data Centre background looking to take ownership of major technical projects within a growing specialist engineering business?


This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading company delivering complex projects across critical infrastructure and highly regulated environments. You'll play a key role in project delivery, leading contract planning, resource management and operational performance across multiple high-value programmes.


The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering specialist fire protection solutions, providing full design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and service support to a wide range of blue‑chip clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team with an experienced Contracts Manager.


In this role, you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring resources, subcontractors and installation teams are coordinated effectively to meet programme deadlines, budgets and client expectations. You'll work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Finance and HR teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.


This position would suit an ambitious Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Operations professional who enjoys taking responsibility for project performance and wants to play a significant role in the continued growth of a successful engineering organisation.


The Role



  • Managing contract planning, resource allocation and project delivery across multiple major projects

  • Leading project teams, subcontractors and installation personnel to achieve programme and commercial objectives

  • Monitoring project progress, performance and reporting across contracts

  • Working cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification


The Person



  • Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar background

  • Experience within Construction, MEP, Fire Protection, Data Centres or related technical industries

  • Strong leadership, planning, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Commutable to Mullingar or willing to relocate
