Job summary

BCL Contracts specialises in roofing, cladding & rainscreen façade systems across Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in Limerick. This hands-on, site-focused role leads from the front across multiple façade projects nationwide.

You will coordinate with installation teams, design staff, procurement and senior management to deliver projects to spec, on time and to budget. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roofing/cladding/facade trades.
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing/cladding/facade systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and installation details.
• Knowledge and ability to work with information sharing platforms.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with design teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple façade installation projects (roofing, cladding, rainscreen) concurrently.
• Coordinate between site teams, design staff, Client team, and head office.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure project compliance.
• Provide clear site instructions and guidance to teams of installers (team sizes vary by project).
• Liaise with the design and procurement teams – ensuring correct materials and sequencing.
• Ensure H&S and quality standards are maintained onsite.
• Attend site meetings and maintain regular reporting to senior management.
• Travel to sites across Munster and occasionally further afield in Ireland.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced roofing, cladding, Façade / Contracts Manager to join our client’s team in Limerick. This is a critical role for managing multiple façade projects (roofing, cladding, rainscreen) across the Munster region and beyond.

You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring projects are delivered to spec, quality standards, and programme. You will lead up & work closely with installation teams and design staff while also collaborating with procurement and senior management.

This is a hands-on, site-focused role – perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and leading from the front.
