Job summary

Crown is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Dublin team. You will oversee day-to-day site operations for roofing, cladding and façade works, ensuring safety, quality and delivery on programme.

Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients, you will manage resources, read drawings, supervise safety, and maintain records. A construction-related qualification and at least five years in site management are required.

Qualifications

  • Construction-related qualification; Construction Management, Construction Science or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Management role within roofing, cladding or façade projects.
  • Strong understanding of roofing and cladding construction methods and best practice.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; Microsoft Project advantageous.
  • Full, current driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the project programme.
  • Coordinate labour resources and ensure all personnel on site are appropriately qualified and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials in line with project requirements.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment is available, suitable for purpose and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Deliver works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
  • Implement and maintain site quality assurance procedures, including Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Prepare, review and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements as required.
  • Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Chair internal site meetings and attend coordination meetings with Main Contractors, Clients and design teams.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including site diaries, meeting minutes and photographic records.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and QS team to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor labour, plant and material requirements against project budgets.
  • Identify and report variations and potential project issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
  • Promote and maintain a proactive Health & Safety culture across the project.
  • Lead by example and uphold Crown's professional standards at all times.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, subcontractors, clients and internal teams, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of roofing, cladding and façade works on site.
