About Your New Job

As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from the moment they're awarded through to successful completion.

You'll lead project mobilisation, manage multiple live contracts, oversee programmes, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensure compliance, protect commercial performance and become the trusted point of contact for our clients.

Working alongside our Directors, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, improve processes and help drive the continued growth of the business.

About Your New Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing multiple asbestos and commercial roofing projects across Ireland.
• Planning labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing project programmes, commercial performance and variations.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, asbestos legislation and QA/QC procedures.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Carrying out regular site visits and leading project meetings.
• Driving project performance through JobLogic and Gravity's management systems.
• Supporting continuous improvement across our operational and quality systems.
