Job summary

Lex Consultancy is recruiting a Contract Management & Procurement Officer to join the Governance and Procurement function of a leading organisation supporting Ireland’s sustainable energy and climate ambitions.

This 18-month contract on hybrid working offers a 35 hour week, with locations in Dublin, Dundalk, Cork or Sligo. The salary is €53,071 per annum, accompanied by 29 days of annual leave and a closing date of 21st October 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years in contract management, procurement, or governance.
• Experience maintaining data in business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Collaborative approach with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract register, track milestones and renewals.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and management information.
• Review tender docs and support procurement records.
• Support governance, policies and audit requirements.
• Contribute to Annual Corporate Procurement Plan and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance on contract management processes and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and procurement practices.
