Our client, a leading residential developer in Cork, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential development. You will manage multiple site teams, ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to oversee multiple residential construction projects.
• Strong coordination with design teams, subcontractors, and commercial departments.
• Demonstrated leadership of on-site teams to deliver safely, on programme, within budget, to quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from inception through completion.
• Manage and support Site Manager and wider site teams.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver projects in line with programme, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Monitor project performance and report to senior management.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and commercial departments.
• Drive programme delivery and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
