COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Contract Manager to oversee service delivery for a major facilities management operation in Ireland. You will drive performance, manage budgets and advise on commercial outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires proven FM contract management experience, stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of leading operational teams to deliver high standards of service, safety compliance, and value.

We are working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to oversee service delivery, drive operational performance and maintain strong client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established FM professional to take ownership of a contract, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and commercial performance across the operation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of facilities management services, ensuring operational performance meets contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Leading, supporting and developing operational teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
• Monitoring contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Managing budgets, costs and financial performance to achieve commercial objectives.
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory requirements and company procedures.
• Overseeing subcontractors and supply chain partners, ensuring quality, value and service standards are maintained.
• Preparing performance reports, reviewing operational data and presenting updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance service delivery and strengthen client satisfaction.

About You

• Previous experience in a Contract Manager or similar senior operational role within facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of hard and/or soft FM service delivery.
• Experience managing client relationships, operational teams and subcontractors.
• A good understanding of contract performance, KPIs, SLAs and financial management.
• Knowledge of health and safety, statutory compliance and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to identify problems, implement improvements and maintain high service standards.
