This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to take ownership of service delivery within a modern, technically advanced site operating in a highly regulated setting. The successful candidate will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive service excellence, and develop strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safety and customer service. This is not a typical commercial FM role. The site is a modern, highly regulated operational environment where compliance, stakeholder engagement and service excellence are critical. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in a structured, audit‑driven setting and who can lead a professional service delivery operation while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This role would particularly suit candidates from pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical device, life sciences, healthcare, cleanroom or other regulated operational environments.
