Job summary

ManpowerGroup Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Governance Analyst to join the Global Sourcing & Procurement Services team. In this early-career role you’ll support contract management, supplier governance, procurement, and commercial operations, partnering with Procurement, Finance and Legal to manage strategic supplier contracts and governance processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in procurement, contracts, finance, business operations, vendor management, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and change orders.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and governance records.
  • Track key contract dates, renewals, pricing updates, and contractual obligations.
  • Assist with contract reviews and help identify potential issues or risks.
  • Review supplier invoices and validate charges against contractual agreements.
  • Support pricing reviews, change requests, and commercial adjustments.
  • Assist with financial tracking and spend analysis.
  • Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Analyse supplier performance and contract-related metrics.
  • Support budget tracking, reconciliations, and executive reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support business and sourcing decisions.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies.
  • Support audit requests and documentation reviews.
  • Assist in identifying and escalating potential supplier or contract risks.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business teams.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier contacts.
  • Respond to contract and governance-related queries in a timely manner.

What We\'re Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Experience using procurement platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools.
