Job summary

Ryanair is seeking a Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer based in Dublin. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure continued airworthiness across a fleet of 650+ aircraft, reviewing records, coordinating AMOS updates, and supporting ACAM and ARC inspections.

You will drive efficiency, manage documentation, and collaborate across departments while applying EASA Part M/Part 145 standards. A degree in engineering and AMOS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor level or higher in engineering or equivalent.
  • Degree or equivalent engineering qualification is required.
  • Experience with AMOS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Continuing Airworthiness Records team.
  • Review, report, control and archive records per EASA Part M/Part 145.
  • Maintain aircraft/component records in AMOS and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate AMC and ARC inspections and generate monthly reports.
  • Drive continuous efficiency improvements across Continuing Airworthiness Records.

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer

Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will lead a team of experienced engineers to ensure the continued airworthiness of our fleet of 650+ Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager in leading the Technical Records team.
  • Ensuring all records relating to the operation and maintenance of the Ryanair fleet are reviewed, reported back, controlled and archived in accordance with EASA Part M and Part 145;
  • Ensuring aircraft & component records are updated on AMOS records following maintenance
  • Transaction of component replacements on AMOS in a timely manner
  • Verification of aircraft hours and cycles recording on AMOS, and correct if required
  • Support of Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Monitoring (ACAM) and Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) inspections
  • Generation of Monthly Utilisation Reports
  • Oversee the setup of new aircraft including assignment of Airworthiness Documents & Aircraft Maintenance Program Checks to new aircraft;
  • Update the accomplishment of all maintenance in the AMOS system;
  • Setup and review of component requirements on AMOS;
  • Assist in Procedure Compliance and Procedural updates as required
  • The successful candidate will be able to drive continuous efficiency improvement across Continuing Airworthiness Records responsibilities and aid other departments as necessary.
  • Excellent organisation & communication skills are a must, as is an ability to drive change including development of digital records.
  • You must be able to ensure that all airworthiness aspects of Technical Records are effectively controlled and monitored.
  • Ability to work independently while providing technical leadership and support across multiple departments.
  • Relevant Degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
  • Previous AMOS experience preferred.
