Ryanair is recruiting a Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer based in Dublin. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure continued airworthiness for a large fleet, overseeing records review, control and archiving in line with EASA Part M and Part 145 across AMOS systems.

You will drive improvements, supervise cross-departmental technical leadership, and contribute to procedures updates while maintaining high standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to drive continuous efficiency across Continuing Airworthiness Records responsibilities.
• Experience leading a technical records team across multiple departments is preferred.
• Proactive in developing digital records and procedural updates.
• Relevant degree or engineering qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Records team under the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager.
• Ensure records for operation and maintenance comply with EASA Part M and Part 145.
• Update aircraft and component records in AMOS after maintenance.
• Process component replacements and ensure timely AMOS entries.
• Verify hours and cycles in AMOS and correct as needed.
• Support ACAM and ARC inspections.
• Generate Monthly Utilisation Reports.
• Oversee setup of new aircraft and assignment of Airworthiness Documents.
• Update and review maintenance in AMOS and component requirements.

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer

Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will lead a team of experienced engineers to ensure the continued airworthiness of our fleet of 650+ Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

Reporting to the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager, the Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer will assist in leading a dedicated team responsible for the following:

• Assist the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager in leading the Technical Records team.
• Ensuring all records relating to the operation and maintenance of the Ryanair fleet are reviewed, reported back, controlled and archived in accordance with EASA Part M and Part 145;
• Ensuring aircraft & component records are updated on AMOS records following maintenance
• Transaction of component replacements on AMOS in a timely manner
• Verification of aircraft hours and cycles recording on AMOS, and correct if required
• Support of Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Monitoring (ACAM) and Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) inspections
• Generation of Monthly Utilisation Reports
• Oversee the setup of new aircraft including assignment of Airworthiness Documents & Aircraft Maintenance Program Checks to new aircraft;
• Update the accomplishment of all maintenance in the AMOS system;
• Setup and review of component requirements on AMOS;
• Assist in Procedure Compliance and Procedural updates as required

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be able to drive continuous efficiency improvement across Continuing Airworthiness Records responsibilities and aid other departments as necessary.
• Excellent organisation & communication skills are a must, as is an ability to drive change including development of digital records.
• You must be able to ensure that all airworthiness aspects of Technical Records are effectively controlled and monitored.
• Ability to work independently while providing technical leadership and support across multiple departments.
• Relevant Degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Previous AMOS experience preferred.
