Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting for a Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer based in Dublin. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure continued airworthiness of our fleet and oversee AMOS records.

Reporting to the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager, you will drive compliance with EASA Part M/Part 145, supervise record updates, and support ACAM and ARC inspections while delivering monthly utilisation reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Previous AMOS experience preferred.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing technical leadership across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to ensure continued airworthiness of Ryanair fleet.
• Ensure records related to operation and maintenance are reviewed, controlled and archived per EASA Part M/Part 145.
• Update aircraft & component records on AMOS after maintenance.
• Transaction of component replacements on AMOS in a timely manner.
• Verify aircraft hours and cycles in AMOS and correct if required.
• Support ACAM and ARC inspections.
• Generate monthly utilisation reports.
• Set up new aircraft with Airworthiness documents and maintenance program checks.
• Update maintenance entries in AMOS and review component requirements.

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer

Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will lead a team of experienced engineers to ensure the continued airworthiness of our fleet of 650+ Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

Reporting to the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager, the Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer will assist in leading a dedicated team responsible for the following:

Assist the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager in leading the Technical Records team.

Ensuring all records relating to the operation and maintenance of the Ryanair fleet are reviewed, reported back, controlled and archived in accordance with EASA Part M and Part 145;

Ensuring aircraft & component records are updated on AMOS records following maintenance

Transaction of component replacements on AMOS in a timely manner

Verification of aircraft hours and cycles recording on AMOS, and correct if required

Support of Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Monitoring (ACAM) and Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) inspections

Generation of Monthly Utilisation Reports

Oversee the setup of new aircraft including assignment of Airworthiness Documents & Aircraft Maintenance Program Checks to new aircraft;

Update the accomplishment of all maintenance in the AMOS system;

Setup and review of component requirements on AMOS;

Assist in Procedure Compliance and Procedural updates as required

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to drive continuous efficiency improvement across Continuing Airworthiness Records responsibilities and aid other departments as necessary.

Excellent organisation & communication skills are a must, as is an ability to drive change including development of digital records.

You must be able to ensure that all airworthiness aspects of Technical Records are effectively controlled and monitored.

Ability to work independently while providing technical leadership and support across multiple departments.

Relevant Degree or equivalent engineering qualification.

Previous AMOS experience preferred.
