Job summary

Fenergo is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join a small, focused team responsible for corporate voice and persuasive, informative content. You’ll translate complex technology content into compelling stories that support the lead lifecycle and collaborate on PR, analyst relations and events.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in PR or content marketing in a B2B technology context, with strong writing, time management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of public relations or content marketing experience, in agency or in-house settings.
  • B2B technology experience with strong media knowledge is essential.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and launch content and PR campaigns across earned and owned channels.
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and contributors.

Responsibilities

  • Support content marketing and PR initiatives, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies and web content.
  • Write across formats (digital, social, print) and tailor messages to buyer personas.
  • Coordinate analyst relations and promote awards and events internationally.
  • Track metrics and report on the impact of content and comms activity.

Overview of role

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and develop an exciting career in content marketing and communications. The Content Marketing Specialist will join a small team focused on owning Fenergo’s corporate voice and creating compelling, persuasive and informative content.

You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, who can write across a myriad of mediums and channels, offering key messages to different buyer personas. You will be capable of translating complex technology-based content into compelling stories that fuel our lead lifecycle process.

Your role will span support content marketing, PR and analyst relations, allowing you to expand your experience and skillset across these critical communications divisions.

Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing
  • Manage content calendar to show forward plan of content and alignment to key priorities.
  • Support Content and Comms Director with the development of whitepapers, blogs, case studies
  • Support with writing landing page and web content (descriptions etc) of videos, case studies and awards.
  • Leverage AI tools to summarise webinars and long-form content (research reports etc) for blogs.
  • Support in writing and submitting speaking proposals for major events.
  • Responsible for collating monthly reports including metrics for content pieces.
Public Relations and Analyst Relations
  • Manage an annual global awards calendar including writing and submitting award entries, purchasing logos for award wins, publishing of award wins on website and all internal and external promotion.
  • Coordinate effective promotion of analyst rankings internally and externally via various channels including social media, website, intranet etc. This includes writing relevant promo content for all channels.
  • Support with logistics for annual events in key locations.
  • Tracking and reporting of media coverage — partner with PR agency to report on impact of comms activity
Experience
  • 1–2 years’ experience in public relations or content marketing, gained in either an agency or in-house environment.
  • B2B technology experience with strong media knowledge is essential.
  • Proven experience planning, managing, and launching content and/or PR campaigns across earned and owned channels.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and contributors.

  • Outstanding writing ability that informs, educates, and persuades.
  • Ability to combine creative thinking with commercial and product understanding.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality, outcome-focused work.
