Lever, Inc. in Ireland seeks a Content Lead to own the entire content lifecycle for an AI/3D platform.

You’ll script, film, edit, publish, and distribute educational and entertaining content for creators, game developers, and 3D enthusiasts, shaping the brand’s presence on YouTube, social channels, and its community. You’ll collaborate with leadership to turn AI/3D trends into timely stories, build a recognizable on-camera presence, and drive growth with strategized content across platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating engaging content, particularly video content for digital or social platforms.
Strong confidence and presence on camera, with the ability to explain technical or creative concepts clearly.
Solid understanding of 3D models and the broader 3D ecosystem.
Ability to script, record, and edit content from start to finish.
Experience managing or growing social media channels and repurposing content.

Responsibilities

Own the content strategy and production process from concept to distribution.
Establish a YouTube publishing rhythm with long-form tutorials and short-form videos.
Repurpose video content across social channels to expand reach.
Develop written tutorials and guides to improve organic discovery via search.
Lead the go-to-market content initiatives and engage with the community.
