Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering training, coaching or workforce development programmes.
• Experience in electrical, construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors and safety awareness.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage groups.

Responsibilities

• Support the Training Manager in coordinating and delivering training programmes across multiple European locations.
• Schedule training sessions, inductions and refresher training in line with project requirements and training matrix overview.
• Maintain accurate training records, certification databases and compliance documentation.
• Monitor training expiry dates and identify gaps, coordinating with EHS to pre‑plan training.
• Coordinate training logistics including attendance, venues, materials and travel arrangements.
• Liaise with team members, supervisors, managers and external providers to ensure training needs are met.
• Prepare training reports, matrices and compliance updates for management review.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of training effectiveness and team development.
• Promote company values, safety standards and safe working practices during training.

We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to support the delivery of training activities across our European operations.

Working closely with the Training Manager, you will play an important role in delivering training modules in the following format: Theory, practical and assessment along with refresher programmes, while helping to maintain training records and support workforce development across multiple projects and locations across Europe.

This is a hands-on role that combines training delivery, employee engagement and administration, ensuring team members are trained, competent and equipped to work safely and effectively on site with all plant and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or workforce development programmes.
• Experience within the electrical, construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors and knowledge of construction site health and safety requirements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage groups of team members.
• Ability to confidently deliver both classroom-based and practical training sessions.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe as required.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Training qualification would be highly desirable
