Job summary

Jomivic Recruitment Agency is seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Site Workers to assist on building sites in Carrick-on-Suir, Ireland. Qualifications

  • Previous construction or manual labour experience is desirable.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work.
  • Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good awareness of health and safety practices.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Relevant construction training or safety certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople.
  • Load, unload, move, and store construction materials safely.
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment as instructed.
  • Prepare construction sites and work areas.
  • Assist with digging, lifting, mixing, cleaning, and general site duties.
  • Follow instructions from site supervisors and managers.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and keep work areas free from hazards.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or hazards to the supervisor.
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling temporary structures and site equipment.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties required to support the construction team.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Construction Site Workers to assist with the day-to-day activities on construction sites. The role involves supporting skilled tradespeople, handling materials and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and carrying out general construction duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
