Job summary

Tech Skills Resources (part of the CPL Group) is seeking an experienced Site Manager for residential and commercial projects in Ireland. You will lead on-site health and safety, programming, quality control, cost discipline and client liaison.

The role requires coordinating crews and subcontractors, reading drawings, and maintaining records. You will ensure RAMS, inspections, and certifications are in place, and drive site diaries, timesheets and progress photos.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Foreman on residential or commercial builds.
• Sound knowledge of construction health and safety law and Building Regulations.
• Able to read drawings and specifications and set out work accurately.
• Strong organiser who can juggle trades, deliveries and deadlines.
• Clear, calm communicator with clients, subcontractors and your team.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence the works and keep the programme up to date week by week with the contracts manager.
• Coordinate our own crew and subcontractors so each trade is on site at the right time.
• Order materials, plant and equipment in good time and check deliveries with the commercial department.
• Flag delays, design issues and variations early to the Contracts Manager.
• Check work against drawings, specifications and Building Regulations on site.
• Manage snagging and handover, including completion paperwork and certification.
• Lead and motivate the site team and maintain client relations on site.
• Keep a daily site diary, timesheets and progress photos.
• Record variations and extra works for pricing and charging.
