Job summary

AMH ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor in Ireland to oversee daily construction operations on site, ensuring structural and architectural work meets specifications.

You will enforce safety regulations, lead site teams and subcontractors, track progress with daily/weekly reports, and ensure quality of materials and workmanship align with project standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to manage diverse crews and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Daily Site Supervision: Coordinate day-to-day construction operations, ensuring structural/architectural work meets specifications.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce all safety regulations (EHS standards) to prevent incidents.
• Team Leadership & Subcontractors: Supervise workers (NTS/PRC), manage schedules, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports, document site progress, and track measurements.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect materials, tools, and finished work for compliance with project standards.
