Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company in Ireland recruits a Site Manager to oversee field operations in Kildare. You will manage site logistics, welfare facilities, and subcontractor interfaces while ensuring strict adherence to HSE plans and environmental guidelines.

As a senior construction professional, you will drive QA/QC, implement the Project Management Plan, and coordinate BIM-enabled inspections, daily diaries, and risk assessments to maintain high standards on £10m+ projects across Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry is essential.
• Construction related Degree is required.
• Minimum of 5-10 years experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK on £10m+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Logistical management and upkeep of site facilities, welfare, loading areas and roadways.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety plans, inductions, RAMS and risk assessments.
• Manage the workforce on site to promote safe methods of work and environmental stewardship.
• Supervise all ongoing works and ensure adherence to HSE regulations at all times.
• Implement and maintain safe systems of work and regularly assess new risks.
