Job summary

Cpl is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client's team on a major construction project based in central Athlone. This is a 12-month temporary contract commencing in November 2026, theref ore candidates must be available to start at short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Site Admin, Document Control or Site Clerk experience, ideally within construction, engineering or a site-based environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with document control systems would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site management team
• Maintaining site records, registers and project documentation
• Managing document control systems and filing processes
• Recording and tracking subcontractor documentation and compliance records
• Processing timesheets and maintaining attendance records
• Assisting with procurement administration and purchase order tracking
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets and project updates using Microsoft Office
• Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes when required
• Managing incoming correspondence, emails and telephone queries
• Supporting health & safety administration and maintaining training records
