Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Scheduler in Ireland to support site-level schedule management and maintain accurate schedules. You will report progress, milestones and risks to the PMO, coordinate inputs for the master schedule, and manage change impacts across multiple large-scale projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in schedule management on high-value road/infrastructure projects.
Desirable: experience delivering engineering in dynamic urban environments and advanced scheduling systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and project tools with strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate site-level schedules and master schedule inputs.
Report progress, milestones, conflicts and opportunities to the PMO.
Coordinate and organize multiple schedule inputs into master schedules; deliver status reports.
Conduct scheduling/resource management across multiple projects and build critical path schedules.
Lead workshops/interviews with project resources and define progress reporting with contractors.
Support pre-construction programming and project governance improvements.
