Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial management of complex projects in Ireland. You will work with the Contracts Manager and project team to maximise commercial returns, manage risk and deliver outstanding project outcomes.

You will lead procurement, prepare forecasts, manage variations and final accounts, and mentor junior commercial staff while upholding compliance across multiple contracts valued up to €15m.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline required.
• Training in commercial management, dispute resolution and contract law.
• Experience with design and build contracts and high-value projects.
• Leadership, delegation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial strategy for the project with guidance from the Managing QS.
• Represent the company in commercial and contractual matters and protect entitlements.
• Lead procurement activities, tendering, subcontract selection and final account management.
• Prepare forecasts, cash flow, reconciliations and valuations.
• Manage and agree variations with proper documentation and records.
• Produce final accounts in a timely manner and ensure contract compliance.
