Job summary

Connexus Recruit is partnering with an established business to appoint a Construction Project Manager to its in-house development function in Dublin. You’ll lead refurbishment and new-build projects across Ireland, collaborating with design and commercial teams to keep programmes on track.

With circa five years of relevant experience, you’ll coordinate contractors, monitor quality and progress, and help drive tender reviews and handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of relevant construction experience.
• Practical site experience and a strong understanding of construction delivery.
• A qualification in construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Confident coordinating contractors and communicating with different stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, organised and proactive in resolving problems.
• Comfortable travelling to project sites across Ireland.

Connexus Recruit is partnering with an established business to appoint a Construction Project Manager to its in-house development function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a main contractor background who wants to move client-side, broaden their experience and develop greater ownership of construction projects.

You’ll work across refurbishment and new-build projects throughout Ireland, with support from experienced colleagues as you settle in and progressively take on more responsibility.
