Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment seeks a Senior Contracts Manager for residential developments in North Dublin and Ashbourne. You will coordinate projects from planning through construction, handover and Taking in Charge, liaising with authorities, consultants and contractors to meet programme and quality targets.

The role requires 5+ years in project/development management or senior construction, plus a relevant degree and strong BCAR/compliance knowledge. Driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Project Management / Development Management / Senior Construction
• Relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of planning, BCAR and statutory compliance
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and contractors
• Strong programme, stakeholder and project management skills
• Taking in Charge experience would be highly advantageous
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

Our client is an established residential developer with a strong pipeline of projects across North Dublin and Ashbourne. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

About Your New Job

This is a senior position responsible for coordinating residential developments from planning through construction, completion, handover and Taking in Charge.

You will work closely with senior management, consultants, contractors, site teams, Local Authorities and utility providers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.
