Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a Project Manager for a Conservation Project based in Longford. You will lead site staff and subcontractors, ensure safety procedures are followed, and establish and monitor the construction programme.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or construction qualification with 5–7 years in a similar role, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project, Word and Excel; Procore experience is helpful. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive package.

Responsibilities

• Manage site staff and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis to ensure works progress as planned.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are implemented.
• Establish and monitor the construction programme.
• Review drawings and specifications and communicate issues to the design team.
• Coordinate information flow from design to construction and prepare necessary schedules/RFIs.
• Manage long-lead materials and subcontract packages.
• Report progress to management with weekly/monthly updates.
