Job summary

IT Staff - Executive Search in Ireland is recruiting two Architects to join a government agency responsible for Dublin’s iconic buildings. You’ll lead conservation, refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects on landmark state-owned structures.

You’ll collaborate with specialist craftspeople, produce high-quality AutoCAD drawings and contract documentation, and drive projects from concept to completion in the office and on-site.

Qualifications

• 5 years post-graduation experience, including project/site management.
• Strong design and drawing skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Passion for historic buildings and conservation work.
• Conservation experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading conservation, refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance projects on landmark State-owned buildings.
• Collaborating with specialist craftspeople on historic joinery, plasterwork, and metalwork.
• Producing high-quality AutoCAD drawings and contract documentation.
• Driving projects from concept through to completion, both in the office and on-site management.
• Working with a design team to safeguard and reimagine Ireland’s treasured structures.
