Job summary

Henry J Lyons in Dublin seeks a Senior Project Architect/Senior Architectural Technologist for our Critical Infrastructure team. You will lead complex data centre projects, driving design delivery across RIAI work stages 1–8 with autonomy and team support.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with consultants, and maintain high technical standards in a fast-paced environment. A 10+ year PQE and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years post qualification experience.
• Ability to manage and deliver complex projects across a range of sectors, including data centres, through RIAI workstages 1–8.
• DC experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage time to meet both project and team requirements.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing significant elements of large-scale, complex projects is a benefit.

We are looking for a confident and forward-thinking Senior Project Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to work on our Critical Infrastructure team in our Dublin studio.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years’ post qualification experience
• Ability to manage and deliver complex projects across a range of sectors, including data centres, through RIAI workstages 1–8.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD essential - Adobe, Sketchup and MS Office skills are an advantage
• Excellent technical ability and design skills, demonstrable through previous project experience
• DC experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to manage time to meet both project and team requirements
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing significant elements of large-scale, complex projects is a benefit
• A team collaborator, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the design team and other consultants
• An effective motivator, able to lead, coach and provide constructive feedback to junior members of the team
• Ability to direct, oversee and check the output of junior team members
• Excellent organisational skills, able to achieve deliverables on time and within project constraints, identifying opportunities for improvement and anticipating risks and issues ahead of time
