Job summary

IT Staff - Executive Search seeks two Architects to lead design and delivery on high-profile commercial projects across Ireland. The roles cover office developments, retail, hospitality and mixed-use schemes, with hybrid work from a Dublin base.

Ideal candidates hold MRIAI registration, 5–10 years post-graduation experience, and a strong track record across feasibility to handover. Initial 1-year contracts with extensions up to 3–4 years, 37.4-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• MRIAI registered with 5–10 years' post-graduation experience, including project and site management.
• Strong design and technical drawing skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
• A proven track record delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial design, fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects across a diverse portfolio.
• Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and specialist consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Producing high-quality AutoCAD drawings and contract documentation.
• Driving projects from concept through to completion, both in the office and on-site.
• Working alongside a skilled design team to deliver innovative, high-quality commercial spaces.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same. You'll be

Leading commercial design, fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects across a diverse portfolio

Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and specialist consultants throughout the project lifecycle

Producing high-quality AutoCAD drawings and contract documentation

Driving projects from concept through to completion, both in the office and on-site

Working alongside a skilled design team to deliver innovative, high-quality commercial spaces

What We’re Looking For

MRIAI registered with 5–10 years' post-graduation experience, including project and site management

Strong design and technical drawing skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD

A proven track record delivering commercial projects on time and within budget

Experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover

Education & Experience

Ideally, you’ll bring

A professional qualification in Architecture and full MRIAI registration

A minimum of 5 years' and up to 10 years' experience working on commercial projects

Experience on large-scale or complex commercial developments

Hands‑on involvement in fit‑out or new‑build commercial projects

A proven ability to work in multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver results
