Sodexo Ireland is seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our team at Dublin Airport. This full-time role is 39 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with a salary of €45,000-€48,000 per annum and access to our employee benefits package.

You will act as an integral member of the Administration Management Team, overseeing vetting, training scheduling, and ensuring compliance with DAA and NVB requirements, while delivering accurate records and reporting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or compliance roles.
• Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills with good record-keeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an integral member of the Administration Management Team and ensure service standards are met.
• Serve as Authorising Signatory for vetting and Airport Identity Card requirements for Dublin Airport personnel.
• Oversee end-to-end vetting, maintain records, and monitor badge expiry dates.
• Schedule mandatory training with the Learning & Development team and track progress.
• Monitor deliveries from the Logistics Consolidation Centre and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Masterlink on compliance issues and requirements.
• Collaborate with DAA for equipment repairs and servicing impacting customers.
• Report actions from customer feedback and ensure timely closure.
