Qualifikationen

• No formal qualifications are required; training provided.
• Experience in a support role is desirable but not essential.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a genuine care for others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and professionals.
• Full driving licence is required or in progress, and flexibility across shifts.

• Support individuals with planning and daily routines.
• Assist with community access and participation in local activities.
• Support education, skills development and personal goals.
• Help develop independent living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments).
• Comply with company policies, standards and regulations; follow 24/7 shift patterns.
