The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality care, upskilling their abilities and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and service users.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and support independence.
• Full driving licence or working towards one.
• Flexibility to work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with planning and managing daily activities and routines.
• Support access to local community and activities.
• Help individuals develop education, skills and personal goals.
• Promote independent living through daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and shift patterns.
