Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person required.
• People Moving and Handling certificate not required at application stage; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and practical care in line with each client’s care plan.
• Support independence and activity in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals and light duties.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Treat clients with dignity, privacy and respect.
• Report concerns to management and follow policies.
