Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is recruiting Health Care Assistants to support clients across Dublin South East in both full-time and part-time roles. The service emphasizes compassionate, customer-focused care with emphasis on quality of life and independence.

Eligible candidates should have two QQI Level 5 modules, a valid moving & handling certificate, and where applicable, police clearance. Driving licence and access to transport are desirable for community-based work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills; Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate.
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement.
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures.
