Job summary

LBR Elad Limited in Ireland is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our adult disability residential services. You will support adults with complex needs in a safe, respectful setting, helping them participate in daily living, routines and community activities.

Candidates should have a QQI/FETAC Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or related field. A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
• QQI/FETAC Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support, Social Care or related field.
• Driving licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living, personal care, meals and routines.
• Promote dignity, privacy, independence and personal choice.
• Assist with care plans, risk assessments and communication supports.
• Encourage social inclusion and meaningful activity.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in wellbeing.
