Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking caring Health Care Assistants to provide personal and practical care in clients' homes across Co Louth, including Dundalk and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must have completed or be studying QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
• Current People Moving and Handling certificate not required at application stage; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and practical care per each client's care plan.
• Support independence and active participation in community life.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals and light chores.
• Provide companionship and social support and maintain dignity and privacy.
