The Rehab Group in Waterford is seeking a Community Support Worker to join Rehabcare Waterford Adult Day Services. The role focuses on delivering person-centred support to adults with intellectual, physical, or mental health disabilities, in community and home settings, aiming to enhance inclusion and daily living skills.
The successful candidate will have a QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), experience with Autism is desirable, a full clean driving licence, and a commitment

To assist in the delivery of individualized community support to a number of clients with intellectual, physical and or mental health disability., some who may present with behaviors that challenge Supporting clients in their communities and some in their own home, working towards optimizing their social, psychological, intellectual, domestic community living and daily living functioning .

Salary Details : Community Support Worker- We offer a competitive starting salary of € 15.56 –€ 17.74 per annum(Points 1–5 of the scale), based on qualifications and experience. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €21.56 per hour.
