The Rehab Group is seeking a Programmes Facilitator at Shannon Resource Centre to coordinate person-centred programmes and support service users in achieving goals.
You will facilitate activities in independent living, personal development and community engagement, requiring a full, clean driving license and willingness to travel. This permanent role offers a fixed timetable and opportunities for progression.

Reporting to the Community Service Manager through the Programmes Supervisor, the post holder will facilitate service users in their choices, developing programmes within the context of a person-centred model of service delivery. The programmes may include independent living, personal development and occupational and leisure activities, within the context of a quality-of-life model.
