The Offer:

  • Contract: 11 months

  • Translate policy changes into practical reviewer instructions, operational protocols and guidance.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify policy gaps, workflow issues and emerging abuse trends.

You will bring 3-5 years of relevant project management and operations experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced technology, platform, trust and safety, content operations or scaled support environment.

The essential requirements are:

  • Strong project management and operational support experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with operational data.
  • Hands-on escalation-management experience.
  • Excellent written communication, particularly the ability to convert ambiguous policy into precise reviewer guidance.
  • Experience configuring workflows and running QA testing.
  • Strong cross-functional and external stakeholder or vendor management.
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to stay structured and effective in a high-pressure environment.
  • A bachelor's degree.

Experience in any of the following would be particularly valuable:

  • Content moderation, community integrity or trust and safety operations.
  • Analysing operational metrics or quality performance.
