Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, person-centered nursing care for clients in their own homes in South Tipperary, Ireland. You will be part of a nurse-led care team with local clinical supervision and support from CNM.

Role includes home-based care, adherence to NMBI guidelines, and ongoing training. Flexible hours include school hours, days, nights, full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on live register with NMBI.
• Community based nursing experience is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided.

• Provide evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the client’s care plans based on the needs identified.
• Prioritise the needs and comforts of the client.
• Work closely in partnership with family members.
• Promote the recognition of the client as an individual and demonstrate kindness, compassion, and respect.
• Be committed to the care and concern of client.
• Work within their Scope of Practice NMBI (2015).
• Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives (2015).

Role of Registered Nurse is to provide safe, quality person centred care to a client within their own home environment. The successful candidate will be part of Nurse led care team and will have support from local clinical supervision Team, reporting directly to CNM.
