Job summary

CPL Healthcare partners with a non-profit disability service provider to recruit a Person in Charge who will lead delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a community setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 7 degree in Social Care or Nursing qualifications, plus a management qualification, CORU registration where applicable, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• A Level 7 degree in Social Care or Applied Social Care Studies.
• Nursing qualification in Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General or Children's Nursing.
• Registration with CORU (where applicable).
• A suitable Management Qualification (essential).
• Full clean Irish driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience in healthcare or a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services in a community setting.
• Manage and develop staff teams and supervise performance.
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver services in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
