You will deliver exceptional guest care, assist in preparing dishes to meet quality standards, and maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen. You’ll learn the menu, minimise waste, and follow hygiene and safety regulations while supporting a collaborative staff culture.

This role offers opportunities to develop through in-house training and progression programmes within a welcoming hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Assist in preparing food items and ensure quality.

• Report equipment issues to senior chef on duty.
• Keep kitchen ready for service and stocked.
• Adhere to policies, hygiene, COSHH and HACCP.
