The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick is seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. With at least 2 years in a professional kitchen, you will prepare ingredients and dishes to SpitJack standards under senior chefs, and support all sections during service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients and dishes to SpitJack standards under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Supporting all sections of the kitchen during service.
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently and to a high standard.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times.
• Assisting with stock rotation and storage.
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture.
