The successful candidate will have at least 1+ years in a kitchen, HACCP training, and strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a kitchen.
• Culinary training including HACCP qualification.
• Flair, creativity and skills in the kitchen.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present all dishes within area of responsibility.
• Assist in the organisation of the assigned workstation.
• Ensure food preparation is in accordance with hygiene requirements.
• To ensure that food preparation areas maintained in a hygienic condition.
