Job Scope: Commis Chef (Asian and Chinese Cuisine). You will prepare and cook authentic dishes, follow recipes, maintain a clean workstation, adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols, and support senior chefs during peak service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a chef.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge; familiarity with Chinese ingredients is a plus.
• No formal qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Asian and Chinese dishes while maintaining top-quality standards.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
